This also works as erosion control and will pass inspections for new home construction projects, new drain field installs, pastures, and other renovations that may require sod or an alternative to sod.

Our common seed mixes are Bahia/Rye or Bermuda/Rye for residential and commercial jobs, but we have a wide range of seed choices from our supplier including Centipede, Zoysia, etc.

You can expect fast results with the first seed germinating within 5-7 days, and the second seed germinating at about 3-4 weeks.
